Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is the infrastructure and components that enable modern computing. It includes both the internet-enabled sphere and the mobile powered by wireless networks. With the emergence of new technologies such as 5G, Internet of Things (IoT), and vehicular communication, ICT began to expand its boundaries into almost every aspect of life. These new applications necessitate the deployment of intelligent computing algorithms in order to achieve usable real-time computing. The emergence of new technologies in ICT also introduced several new challenges, such as: Accuracy and portability of intelligent computing algorithms, high performance computing resources for processing communication packets at line speed, energy-efficient communication and routing protocol designs.

This special track focuses on various recent advancements or breakthroughs in the field of ICT, particularly the use of intelligent computing in new technologies such as 5G, IoT, and vehicular communications. The goal is to investigate fundamental challenges and cutting-edge solutions, such as innovative algorithms, implementation frameworks, and surveys, that can address the aforementioned ICT challenges.

Submissions are welcome in the following categories. Potential topics include but are not limited to the following:

3. High performance packet processing in 5G/IoT
4. Integration of IoT in 5G
5. Intelligent algorithms used in ICT

10. Using IoT based networks in healthcare and security
